Confidentiality
I keep what you tell me private and only share information with your explicit consent — for example, to make a referral or brief a lawyer on your behalf. I hold an LLB but I am not an admitted lawyer, so communications with me are not protected by legal professional privilege and do not constitute legal advice. If privilege is important in your matter, I will help you engage an admitted practitioner whose advice is protected.
